The questions

- Whose name is on the contract with the end client?
- Yours. We have no contract with your clients and don't bill them. Your relationship with them is yours alone. Our terms apply between Aetheris and your agency.
- Who owns the leads captured by the widget?
- Your client. Each website's leads route to the email or webhook you configure for that site. We don't sell, share, or resell lead data — ever.
- What happens if a client cancels with us?
- Free up the slot in your dashboard, drop in the next client. The $449/mo doesn't change with how many slots you've filled — pay flat, fill at your pace.
- Can my clients see Aetheris branding anywhere?
- Not unless they go looking. The 'Powered by Aetheris' footer in the widget is a one-toggle hide. The dashboard you can pass to clients (or keep to yourself) carries your brand. Direct emails come from your domain via your own webhook configuration.
- What if I need more than 15 websites?
- Extra websites are $30/mo each, billed alongside your Agency subscription. Email hello@aetherisinnovations.com if you're past 30 — we'll talk volume pricing.
- Can I bring my own Stripe / billing for clients?
- Yes. We don't touch your client billing. Many agencies bundle the chat into an existing retainer; some invoice it as a line item. Either way, the flow is between you and your client.
