- Is there really a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days, full product, no card required at signup. You only enter payment details when you decide to pick a plan.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Any time, both directions. Stripe prorates the difference so you're never charged for days you didn't use the higher tier. Switching between monthly and annual works the same way.
- What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
- Starter is AI chat on one website. Pro adds voice calling on up to three websites — your AI answers the phone using the same knowledge base it already uses for chat, and every call transcript lands in your dashboard.
- How does the voice calling work?
- On Pro and as an Agency add-on: we provision a unique phone number for your business. The AI answers calls using the same knowledge base as your chat widget. Pro includes 500 minutes per month. Voice overages are $0.30/minute, billed automatically through Stripe.
- What counts as a 'website'?
- One website = one knowledge base + one embed snippet. If you run two sites with different content and different branding, that's two websites. Starter covers one, Pro covers three, Agency covers fifteen.
- What if I need more than 15 websites on Agency?
- Extra websites are $30 per month each, billed alongside your Agency subscription. Email hello@aetherisinnovations.com if you're at 30+ and we'll talk volume pricing.
- How does annual billing work?
- Pick the annual price at checkout, get ~17% off (two months free). Stripe prorates if you switch plans mid-year. 30-day guarantee still applies on your first paid month.
- How does the 30-day guarantee work?
- Reply to your first Stripe invoice within 30 days of the first paid charge and we refund it in full. No forms, no retention calls, no fine print.
