- One chatbot = one knowledge base + one embed snippet. If you run two websites with different content and different branding, that's two chatbots.
- What happens if I exceed my chatbot limit?
- The dashboard prevents you from creating a new chatbot over your plan's limit — it offers an upgrade path instead. Existing chatbots keep working even if you downgrade later.
- Do messages or leads cost extra?
- No. Every plan includes unlimited conversations and unlimited lead capture. Your monthly price is your whole bill.
- How does the 30-day guarantee work?
